He'll Do His Part

Hola holaa anotha fast week! Here's what's up

-our convert Benito said he's reaching the end of Alma and wants to finish the book as fast as he can so he can start over
-found 2 cockroaches and a lizard in the house...I'm the only one that deals with them bc my comp is so scared she literally stands a mile away and screams, so basically I've halfway overcome my fear of killing insects
-BESTIES WEDDING! One of the best and hardest days of my mission tbh, honestly just grateful that technology worked and that I was able to watch all the important events happen and feel a percentage of what it would have been like to be there in person. I'm so so so happy for her and my new BROTHER IN LAW WHATTT?!? Welcome to the fam Rob
-painted another house with the elders in our district
-one of our friends excuse for not coming to church yesterday was that her dog killed the neighbors chicken and they had to "figure things out", now she has to pay him back a chickenđź’€...only in Santo Domingo
-went to the Tsachilas again today!
-our friend Maria FINALLY came to church and I almost cried when I saw her!!! She's said in the lessons a couple times "if I go to church and I don't like it, I'll leave"...we asked her how it went the other day and she said she LOVED it WOOOOO big win for us since hardly any of our friends come to church in this area

SPIRITUAL:
I randomly read this scripture this week and Ive really start to understand it. It says,

"But I, Nephi, have written what I have written, and I esteem it as of great worth, and especially unto my people. For I pray continually for them by day, and mine eyes water my pillow by night, because of them; and I cry unto my God in faith, and I know that he will hear my cry"

Recently I've started understanding this a lot more because when our friends don't progress or don't come to church, I honestly get so sad but I have to remember that God has a plan for each of them but maybe I just can't see it. I pray every. single. night for every single one of them by name and I know he'll hear my cry and do His part!

Love you all so so much
